摘　　要：介绍了对斯特林制冷机在常温、常压地面条件下进行微振动测量试验的情况,包括测试方法和设备等。分析了斯特林制冷机微振动的来源和特征。通过地面试验,获得了时域和频域数据,并利用Origin6.0软件对试验数据进行处理,得到了斯特林制冷机工作过程中微振动信号图谱及结果。此次微振动地面测量试验的实施,对微振动测量技术在航天器各个部件的地面测量试验有了新的拓展应用,同时为在轨航天器部组件级微振动测量分析提供了技术支持。The situation of a micro-vibration measurement test on the Stirling refrigerator under normal temperature and pressure ground conditions,including test methods and equipments,is introduced.The source and characterstics of micro vibration of Stirling refrigerator are analyzed.By ground test,the time domain and frequency domain data are obtained,and the test data is processed by Origin 6.0 software.Besides,the micro-vibration signal patterns and results of Stirling refrigerator are obtained.The implementation of the microvibration ground measurement test has a new application of micro-vibration measurement technology in the ground measurement test of various components of spacecraft.At the same time,it provides technical support for micro-vibration measurement and analysis of the components of on-orbit spacecraft.
