大学与城市互动关系的历史探究

摘　　要：当前我国高等教育已进入大众化后期,大学逐步迈入城市社会的中心。大学与城市在各领域、各层面的互动频繁,合作成果丰硕,学界对双方的互动发展也日益关注。在对双方互动的现状、问题、路径、机制等方面进行深入研究后,发现双方的互动关系有其历史渊源。通过对大学诞生及当时大学与城市关系的历史研究,可发现自欧洲中世纪现代大学诞生之日起,双方就保持着摩擦与合作的密切关系。城市的繁荣为大学兴起提供了物质基础,城市对人才的吸引力为大学兴起提供了智力保障;大学则为城市的发展创造可观的经济效益,并培养了城市发展所需的各类专业人才。随着大学和城市的磨合共存,双方的关系在经历了中世纪的缓解冲突、初步融合,到德国高等教育改革使大学拓展了社会服务职能,再到美国"威斯康星理念"的提出,使大学服务社会的职能正式确立,至今双方形成了紧密相关的"大学-城市"共同体。大学与城市长期同处同一空间,保持着共生共存的互动关系。为进一步研究大学与城市的互动发展,有必要追根溯源探究双方互动关系的历史渊源,既能丰富高等教育学的研究内容,又能更准确地把握当前校地互动的关系和形式,以期对当前校地深度融合互动提供借鉴参考。China's higher education has entered the later stage of popularization,and the university has stepped out of the ivory tower into the center of urban society.The interaction between universities and cities in various fields and at various levels is frequent and fruitful,and the academic circle is paying more and more attention to the interactive development of both sides.After an in-depth study of the current situation,problems,paths and mechanisms of the interaction between the two sides,it is found that the interaction between the two sides has its historical origins.Through the historical research on the emergence of universities and the relationship between universities and cities at that time,it can be found that the two sides have maintained a close relationship of friction and cooperation since the birth of medieval modern universities in Europe.The prosperity of the city provides a material basis for the rise of universities,and the city's attractiveness for talents provides intellectual guarantee for the rise of universities;universities create considerable economic benefits for the development of cities,and cultivate all kinds of professional talents needed for urban development.With the coexistence of universities and cities,the relationship between the two has undergone the initial integration of the conflict mitigation in the Middle Ages.The reform of higher education in Germany has expanded the social service function of universities,and the"Wisconsin Idea"in the United States has formally established the function of universities in serving the society.So far,the two sides have formed a closely related"university-city"community.The university and the city have been in the same space for a long time,maintaining an interactive relationship of symbiosis and coexistence.In order to further study the interactive development between the university and the city,it is necessary to trace the historical origin of the interactive relationship between the two sides,which can not only enrich the research content
