摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国正以一个负责任大国的形象为解决人类面临的重要问题贡献着独具中国特色和世界价值的中国智慧和中国方案。解读中国实践、传播中国声音,需要构建一整套为国际社会广泛认知和认同的话语体系。“中国智慧”话语体系是关于中国特色社会主义核心价值观和“人类命运共同体”共同价值的言语表达体系、理念阐释体系、交往共识体系、价值引领体系,具有历史继承性、实践创新性、学理支撑性、价值引领性等特征。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and meanwhile,as a responsible big country,China is contributing to the world its wisdom and approach with unique Chinese characteristics and a universal value in solving the major problems facing mankind.To interpret the Chinese practice and transmit the Chinese voice requires the construction of a whole set of discourse system accepted and approved by the entire world community.The discourse system of“Chinese Wisdom”is a verbal expression system,a conception interpretation system,a communication consensus system,and a value guidance system featuring the core value of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the common values of community with a shared future for mankind.It is also characterized with the inheritance of history,the creation of practice,the support of theory as well as the guidance of values.
