摘 要:对比介绍了可用于船舶尾气处理的脱硫技术,并对可行性较高的镁法和钠法脱硫工艺进行了技术经济分析。结果显示:两种工艺的设备基本相同,主要区别在于脱硫剂的不同;钠法的脱硫剂消耗费用是镁法的4.4倍,总运行费用大约是镁法的2.4倍;总体而言,与换用低硫燃油的方式相比,湿法脱硫的成本降低了60%~85%,如在非排放控制区采用海水法脱硫,总运行成本还能进一步降低。可基于现有的水处理技术,选择合适的脱硫废水处理工艺,实现达标排放或回用。因此采用湿法脱硫处理船舶尾气的方法适合大规模推广。The desulfurization technology that can be used for ship tail gas treatment was introduced,and the technical and economic analysis of the magnesium and sodium desulfurization processes which were more feasible were carried out.The results showed that the devices of the two processes were basically the same,and the main difference was the desulfurizer.The desulfurizer consumption cost of the sodium method was 4.4 times that of the magnesium method,and the total operating cost was about 2.4 times.In general,the cost of wet desulfurization was reduced by 60%~85%compared to the way of switching to low-sulfur fuel.If seawater desulfurization was used in non-emission control areas,the total operating cost could be further reduced.Based on the existing water treatment technology,choose suitable desulfurization wastewater treatment process to achieve standard discharge or reuse.Therefore,the method of using wet desulfurization to treat ship exhaust was suitable for large-scale promotion.
