摘　　要：随着信息化硬件的发展和相关规范对电子文件控制要求的明确,为环境监测实验室利用文档管理软件实现电子文件管理和控制奠定了基础。根据相关规范要求确定文档管理软件所需要的功能模块,并对市面上的软件进行改造升级。通过对文件夹架构、电子文件来源、设置用户权限实现电子文件的批准、发布、变更和废止、使用在线和离线模式实现文件在实验室内外的控制、文件备份方式的选择等的分析,在确保满足相关规范要求的前提下就如何在软件中实现对电子文件的控制和管理进行探讨。The development of informatization hardware and clarification of relevant requirements for electronic file control laid a foundation for the environmental monitoring laboratory to use document management software to realize electronic file management and control.According to the requirements of related specifications,this paper determines the functional modules required by document management software,and rebuilds and upgrades the software on the market.Through the analysis of the folder structure,electronic file source,and sets up user permissions to realize the approval,release,modification and cancellation of electronic files,controls files in online and offline modes both inside and outside the laboratory,and selection of file backup methods.On the premise of ensure that meet the requirements of the relevant specifications,how to implement the control and management of electronic files in software is discussed.
