摘　　要：筛选优质鸡源益生菌菌种,为畜禽微生态制剂的研发提供优质的菌株来源,为开发禽用微生态制剂提供安全高效菌种资源和理论支撑。试验以健康鸡肠道为分离材料,使用MRS培养基(乳酸菌细菌培养基)进行分离培养,并对分离菌株进行形态特征、生理生化鉴定及分子生物学鉴定。试验研究发现在鸡盲肠中分离获得一株细菌,鉴定为发酵乳杆菌,编号为J4。分离获得的菌株具有耐热、耐酸、耐胆盐等特点,同时对动物机体安全无毒,可作为鸡源发酵乳杆菌益生菌的优良候选株。Screening high quality chicken source probiotic strains,providing high quality strain source for the research and development of livestock and poultry microecological agents,and providing safe and effi⁃cient strain resources and theoretical support for the development of poultry microecological agents.Healthy chicken intestines were used as isolation material,MRS medium was used for isolation culture,and morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical identification and molecular biological identi⁃fication were carried out.A strain of bacteria was isolated from chicken cecum and identified as Lactobacil⁃lus fermentation,numbered J4.The isolated strain has the characteristics of heat resistance,acid resis⁃tance,bile salt resistance and so on.At the same time,it is safe and non-toxic to animal body,and can be used as the benefit of fermented lactobacillus from chicken source excellent candidate strains of bacteria.
