摘  要:2017年汛期,大化水电站因出力受限、长时间处于非设计运行方式,导致坝址下游流场急剧恶化,坝坡局部被冲毁。为了确保大坝安全,电厂对护坡进行了加固改造。在实施过程中,现场对原设计工艺进行了优化。笔者对原设计工艺及其存在的问题进行了分析、论述,并提出了新的优化方案,使工程在安全、质量、进度等均取得良好效果,确保了工程按时投入运行。During the 2017 flood season,due to the limited output and long-term non design operation mode of Dahua Hydropower Station,the downstream flow field of the dam site deteriorated sharply,and the dam slope was partially destroyed.In order to ensure the safety of the dam,the power plant reinforced the slope protection.In the process of implementation,the original design process was optimized on site.The author analyzes and discusses the original design process and its existing problems,and puts forward a new optimization scheme,so that the project can achieve good results in safety,quality and progress,and ensure that the project is put into operation on time.
