摘  要:铝电解烟气净化系统里,氧化铝对净化系统的运行稳定性和净化的效果以及能不能正常给电解铝生产供料,起着至关重要的影响因素,严重时会造成环保排放不达标,威胁到电解系列的安全稳定运行。通过分析,探寻到解决铝电解烟气净化系统氧化铝输送存在问题的方法:第一是采用多阶段氧化铝除渣装置,有效的将氧化铝输送过程中的残渣除掉,使净化系统运行更加平稳,提高电解烟气净化系统运行稳定性。第二是采用砂状氧化铝,比表面积大,吸附性较强,对烟气中氟化氢气体的吸附效果较好,提高净化系统及输料系统的运行效率,提高烟气中氟化氢气体的净化效率。In the aluminum electrolysis haze purification system,can the aluminum oxide as well as normally supply the material to the purification system movement stability and the purification effect for the electrolytic aluminium production,is getting up very important influence factor,serious when can create the environmental protection emissions not to attain a designated standard,threatens the electrolysis series the security stable movement.This article through the analysis,inquired about has the method to one kind of solution aluminum electrolysis haze purification system aluminum oxide transportation.First is uses the multi-stage aluminum oxide except the dregs installment,effective removes the aluminum oxide transportation process in residual,causes the purification system movement to be steadier,enhances the electrolysis haze purification system movement stability.Second uses the granulated substance shape aluminum oxide,is bigger than the surface area,the adsorbability is strong,the hydrogen fluoride gas adsorption effect is good to the haze in,enhances the purification system and loses the material system the operating efficiency,enhances in the haze the hydrogen fluoride gas purification efficiency.
