妇安消疹洗液对小鼠迟发型变态反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究妇安消疹洗液抗Ⅳ型(迟发型)变态反应的药理作用。方法:C57BL/6/ICR小鼠分为空白组、模型组、地奈德组和妇安消疹洗液低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,除空白组外采用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)丙酮溶液诱发小鼠Ⅳ型变态反应模型,给药后观察各组耳肿胀度、胸腺指数、脾脏指数;给药7 d后以4-氨基吡啶(4-AP)诱发小鼠皮肤局部瘙痒模型,观察舔体反应次数;用磷酸组织胺的累计剂量为指标测定各组的致痒阈。结果:妇安消疹洗液局部外用能显著抑制DNCB诱发的小鼠Ⅳ型变态反应;对4-AP导致的小鼠皮肤瘙痒具有显著的抑制作用;对小鼠磷酸组织胺致痒阈具有显著的提升效应。结论:妇安消疹洗液局部外用具有良好的抗Ⅳ型变态反应和止痒作用,该制剂适用于临床具有Ⅳ型变态反应特征的皮损治疗。objective:To study the pharmacological effects of Fu'an Pompholyx Elimination Lotion in treatingⅣallergy(delayed type).Methods:To establish the experiment on mice with blank group,model group,dionide group,low-dose group,medium-dose group,high-dose group of Fu'an Pompholyx Elimination Lotion.DNCB(dinitro chloro benzene)acetone solution was used to induce typeⅣallergic reactionin all groups except the blank group,the effects of Fu'an Pompholyx Elimination Lotion on allergyⅣwere observed by ear swelling,thymus index and spleen index.After 7 days of administraionsthe local pruritus model ofmice was induced by 4-AP(4-aminopyridine),the licking times on the itching response were observed.The cumulative dose of histamine phosphate was used to determine the itching threshold of mice.Results:Local topical application of Fu'an Pompholyx Elimination Lotion can significantly inhibit DNCB-induced allergic reaction of mice typeⅣ;it can significantly inhibit skin itching of mice induced by 4-AP,significantly increase the itching threshold of histamine phosphate in mice.Conclusion:Fu'an Pompholyx Elimination Lotion Local for external using has good function of anti-Ⅳallergy and relieving itching.The preparation is suitable for the treatment of damaged skin due toⅣallergy.
