浅谈建设项目代建管理模式风险与防范措施

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,建设项目代建制度得到了快速发展,但是传统工程项目在管理过程中仍存在众多问题,这直接影响我国工程项目管理向现代化和规范化方向发展,虽然代建制度为我国建筑项目带来了各种的便利,但是在其具体发展过程当中,仍有许多问题需要解决。本文针对工程项目代建管理当中存在的问题进行详细研究与分析,在此基础上提出具体解决措施,以期促进建设项目代建管理的健康发展。With the development of the times,the construction project agent system has developed rapidly,but there are still many problems in the management process of traditional engineering projects,which directly affects the development of China's engineering project management in the direction of modernization and standardization.Although the agent system brings various conveniences to China's construction projects,there are still many problems in the specific development process To solve.Based on the detailed research and analysis of the problems existing in the construction project management,this paper puts forward specific measures to promote the healthy development of the construction project management.
