基层治理背景下执政党权威的塑造--以枢纽型社会组织为切入点

摘　　要：在国内社会组织增速发展的背景下,巩固社会组织领域执政党权威成为摆在执政党面前的时代课题。针对政党权威在发展理念、运作方式、能力需求方面所面临的现实考验,宁波市以枢纽型社会组织为载体推动社会组织的党建,赢得民众对执政党的目标认同、本领认同、法理认同以及价值认同,实现了执政党权威的塑造与巩固。建构密集型网络、丰富选择性激励、整合区域性资源,是未来的发展路径。With the rapid development of social organizations,consolidating party authority in the field of social organizations has become urgent for CPC.The authority of party is tested in three ways,such as ideas,methods and needs.To enhance people's recognition of the goals,skills,legal principles and values of CPC,Ningbo built a platform based on hub-type social organizations.Constructing intensive network,implementing selective incentive and integrating regional resources are the future development paths of Ningbo practice.
