木陶瓷的制造(Ⅲ)——烧结温度和树脂质量分数对木陶瓷制造的影响

摘　　要：试样经高温烧结后 ,相对高温烧结前绝干试样的炭得率、体积剩余及木陶瓷产品密度与树脂质量分数呈正相关 ,与烧结温度呈负相关。在实验范围内 ,树脂质量分数主要影响中密度纤维板木陶瓷产品的厚度变化 。The losses on weight, volume and the density of WCS were positive correlative with PF resin and negative with sintering temperature. The PF resin concentration mainly influenced the thickness of WCS, but the sintering temperature evidently influenced both the length and thickness of WCS.
