摘 要:为改善桑黄扫描电镜(SEM)图像受导电性差影响而造成的图片失真,出现毛刺、亮纹、暗纹问题,提出采用改进大津算法进行图像检测,将遗传算法与二维大津算法组合在一起形成基于遗传算法的大津算法。改进算法应用到桑黄微观结构图像处理中,算法种群数为40代,迭代次数100次。仿真结果表明改进算法运行效率提升近2倍,桑黄图像毛刺消除效果明显。改进算法应用到桑黄暗纹亮纹处理中,能提高图像质量。实验表明所设计算法提高了运行效率,改善了图像质量。为解决桑黄图像修复问题,从提取待处理区域和改善待处理区域亮度两方面进行图像干扰分析,并将改进大津算法与腐蚀方法应用到桑黄图像修复中,结果表明所设计算法解决了桑黄图像中出现断裂情况。所设计的算法在桑黄的扫描电镜成像中具有广阔应用前景。In this work,an improved Otsu algorithm is proposed to improve the image distortion caused by the poor conductivity,and the burrs,bright and dark lines appeared in the scanning electron microscope(SEM)imaging of phellinus linteus.The genetic algorithm and two-dimensional Otsu algorithm are combined to form the Otsu algorithm based on the genetic algorithm.The improved algorithm is applied to the image processing of the micro structure of phellinus linteus with 40 generations and 100 iterations.The simulation results show that the efficiency of the improved algorithm is increased by nearly 2 times,and the effect of eliminating burrs on the phellinus linteus images are obvious.The improved algorithm can improve the image quality when it is applied to the processing of dark and bright lines.The experimental results show that the algorithm improves the efficiency of the algorithm and the quality of the image.In order to solve the problem of phellinus linteus image restoration,the image interference analysis is carried out from two aspects:extracting the area to be processed and improving the brightness of the area to be processed.The improved Otsu algorithm and corrosion method are applied to the image restoration of phellinus linteus.The results show that the designed algorithm can solve the problem of fracture in the image of phellinus linteus.The algorithm has a wide application prospect in SEM imaging of phellinus linteus microstructures.
