摘　　要：党的“十九大”明确提出“加强固体废弃物和垃圾处置”,表明垃圾分类对我国的生态文明建设具有重要影响。垃圾分类有助于在源头上减少垃圾的产生量,是破解“垃圾围城”难题的有效途径。在梳理国内外垃圾分类相关概念的基础上,从垃圾分类的描述性研究、影响因素分析、治理理论这三个角度对国内外学者的研究进行对比分析,并结合乌鲁木齐市的实际情况,对乌鲁木齐市未来垃圾分类工作的有序推进提出建议与对策。The 19th COMMUNIST PARTY OF CHINA(CPC)National Congress clearly put forward the idea of"strengthening the disposal of solid waste and garbage",which shows the great impact of garbage classification on the construction of ecological civilization in China.Garbage classification helps to reduce the amount of garbage produced at the source,it is an effective way to solve the problem of"garbage siege".In this paper,we analyze the garbage classification of related concepts at home and abroad were reviewed,From the descriptive study of garbage classification,the analysis of influencing factors and the governance theory,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the research of domestic and foreign scholars.Combined with the actual situation of Urumqi,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the orderly promotion of garbage classification in Urumqi in the future.
