摘　　要：通过分析基层农检机构检测技术大比武比赛结果,发现基层农检机构存在的技术问题,提出进一步加强基层农检机构软实力建设的具体建议。Carry out the inspection technology competition of agricultural inspection institutions at the county and township levels in Liaoning province,and comprehensively assess the operational level of the grass-roots agricultural inspection institutions.Through the analysis of the results of the group and individual competition of 28 players from 14 teams in the province,it is concluded that the basic agricultural inspection institutions have problems such as low level of personnel detection,large gap in institutional capacity level,low monitoring accuracy and efficiency,and put forward measures to strengthen quality awareness,pay attention to the introduction of talents,strengthen personnel training and other countermeasures,in order to provide reference for improving the quality and safety of agricultural products of the grass-roots agricultural inspection institutions.
