摘　　要：基于休闲学理论梳理茶果饮食文化对苏州市民幸福感的影响,通过对比休闲需要、动机及幸福感体验等因素,寻找茶果饮食文化与苏州时代发展、社会资源分配、教育文化之间的密切关系。通过休闲学与幸福感实现的辨证分析,体会茶果饮食文化对苏州民俗、民生、社交、社会学行为的深远影响。Based on the theory of leisure,this paper combs the influence of tea and fruit diet culture on the happiness of Suzhou citizens.By comparing the leisure needs,motivation and happiness experience of tea and fruit diet culture in Suzhou,this paper tries to find the close relationship between tea and fruit diet culture and the development of Suzhou times,social resource distribution and education culture.Through the dialectical analysis of leisure and happiness,we can realize the profound influence of tea and fruit diet culture on Suzhou folk custom,people's livelihood,social intercourse and sociological behavior.
