45所中小学校卫生管理状况摸底调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价石河子市45所中小学校卫生管理状况。方法:对石河子地区45所中小校发放调查表,进行卫生管理状况摸底调查,随机抽取10所学校进行现场核实,调查结果进行一致性检验和统计分析,做出综合评判。结果:市区和团场学校卫生管理总体得分差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.607,P=0.205);独立小学和九年一贯制学校与初级中学、高级中学、完全中学总体得分差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.99,P=0.003),独立小学和九年一贯制学校合并后总体得分低于初级中学、高级中学、完全中学合并后的总体得分;5种类别的学校在学校食品安全管理(H=17.197,df=4,P=0.002)、生活环境卫生管理(H=11.493,df=4,P=0.022)、公共场所卫生管理(H=11.403,df=4,P=0.022)等项目得分差异有统计学意义,高级中学得分均高于其他类别学校;不同区域的学校在公共场所卫生管理项目得分差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.721,P=0.003),市区得分高于团场。结论:多数学校不重视学校卫生工作;含小学的学校卫生管理薄弱,高中学校相对完善;公共场所的卫生管理基本缺失,提示教育部门应重视学校卫生管理,重点加大小学的学校卫生管理和对公共场所安全的管理。Objective:To evaluate the health management status of 45 primary and secondary schools in Shihezi city.Methods:The questionnaire was distributed to 45 primary and secondary schools in Shihezi district to conduct a thorough investigation on the health management situation.10 schools were randomly sampled for on-site verification.The consistency test and statistical analysis of the survey results were carried out to make a comprehensive judgment.The results of the survey were analyzed by consistency test and statistics,and a comprehensive evaluation was made.Results:There was no significant difference in the overall scores of health management between urban and group schools(χ^2=1.607,P=0.205).There was significant difference in the overall scores of independent primary school and nine-year consistent school compared with junior middle school,senior middle school and complete middle school(Z=-2.99,P=0.003),the overall score of independent primary school and nine-year consistent school after merger is lower than that of junior middle school,senior middle school and complete middle school after merger;5 types of schools in school food safety management(H=17.197,DF=4,P=0.002),living environment health management(H=11.493,DF=4,P=0.022),public place health management(H=11.403,DF=4,P=0.022),etc.The scores of senior middle schools were higher than those of other schools;the scores of schools in different regions were statistically significant(χ^2=8.721,P=0.003),and the scores in urban areas were higher than those in group fields.Conclusion:Most schools do not pay attention to school health work.Primary school health management is weak,whilehigh school is relatively perfect.The basic lack of health management in public places suggests that education departments should pay attention to school health management,with emphasis on strengthening the school health management in primary schools and the management of safety in public places.
