摘 要:基于红外光电检测原理的水浸传感器灵敏度高,响应时间快,但环境自然光、水雾等干扰测试准确度。本文通过对光学探头材料与结构的优化设计,提高传感器测试精度,通过双层防护结构设计与恒温加热设计,避免自然光、凝露等环境因素对光电检测的测试干扰,设计获得了高可靠的红外光电水浸传感器。The water logging sensor based on the principle of infrared photoelectric detection has high sensitivity and fast response time,but the environmental natural light,water mist and other interference test accuracy.In this paper,through the optimization design of the material and structure of the optical probe,the accuracy of the sensor test is improved.Through the design of double-layer protective structure and the design of heating constant temperature,the interference of natural light,condensation and other environmental factors on the photoelectric test is avoided.A highly reliable infrared photoelectric water logging sensor is designed.
