摘　　要：近年来随着运动医学的发展以及对髋关节疼痛认识的加深,越来越多的学者认为髋关节旋转袖损伤是引起髋关节外侧疼痛的重要原因。该文从功能解剖、生物力学、临床表现、影像学特征、鉴别诊断和临床治疗等方面对髋关节旋转袖损伤机制和临床诊疗研究进展进行综述。In recent years,with the development of sports medicine and the deepening of the understanding of hip pain,more and more scholars believe that rotator cuff injury of hip joints is an important cause of hip lateral pain.In this paper,we review the research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuff injury of hip joints from the aspects of functional anatomy,biomechanics,clinical manifestation,imaging features,differential diagnosis and treatment.
