摘  要:目的观察体外培育熊胆粉对小鼠中枢神经系统的影响.方法小鼠分别灌胃低(0.8 g·kg^-1)、中(2.5 g·kg^-1)和高(8.0 g·kg^-1)剂量的体外培育熊胆粉,观察药物对小鼠一般行为和自发活动、协调运动及阈下睡眠剂量戊巴比妥钠协同作用的影响.结果在本实验条件下,给予体外培育熊胆粉后小鼠无异常行为,对自发活动及协调运动无明显影响,与阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠无协同作用.结论在所设计的剂量水平下,体外培育熊胆粉对小鼠中枢神经系统未见明显影响.这些结果进一步扩展了我们对体外培育熊胆粉安全性的认识.Objective To observe the effects of Bear Bile Powder cultivated in vitro on the central nervous system of mice.Methods The changes in general behavior and spontaneous activity,coordinated movement,and hypnosis of subliminal sleep doses of pentobarbital sodium in mice were observed to evaluate the effects of the Bear Bile Powder cultivated in vitro at the low,medium and high dosage of 0.8,2.5 and 8.0 g·kg^-1 by oral administration.Results Under the conditions of this test,no abnormal general behavior of mice was observed after oral administration of Bear Bile Powder cultivated in vitro.The Bear Bile Powder cultivated in vitro had no influence on the spontaneous activity and coordinated movement,and showed no synergetic hypnotic effect on pentobarbital sodium of mice.Conclusion Bear Bile Powder cultivated in vitro had no significant effects at the experimental dosages on central nervous system of mice.These results further extend our understanding of the safety of Bear Bile Powder cultivated in vitro.
