藏药浴五味甘露的研究进展

摘　　要：五味甘露是藏药典籍《四部医典》中所记载的经典方剂,主要功效是治疗类风湿性关节炎等藏医所规定的"隆"病范围内的疾病.五味甘露的主方是由杜鹃、圆柏、水柏枝、藏麻黄和青蒿组成,其具体的入药植物基源依然存在着一些争议.五味甘露不是一成不变的,允许随症在其主方的基础上增加或减少药物的组成.五味甘露药浴具有非常丰富的药理活性,具有非常大的研究价值.Wuweiganlu is a kind of classic Tibetan medicated bath,which is used to treat many illnesses classified as"Long"diseases,such as rheumatoid arthritis.The basic formula of Wuweiganlu includes Rhododendron,Juniperus,Ephedra,Myricaria and Artemisia,but the exact origin of these herbs remains controversial.The use of Wuweiganlu is flexible as it allows changes in herb composition based on basic formula according to different diseases.What′s more,Wuweiganlu shows variety pharmacological activities,which suggests high value in future research.
