摘  要:选取5种当地绿化用草坪植物(白三叶、紫花苜蓿、狗牙根、高羊茅及匍匐剪股颖),通过盆栽试验,探索了5种植物对镉(Cd)的耐性差异和生态修复潜力。研究结果表明:5种植物均具有较好的Cd富集能力;狗牙根、高羊茅和匍匐剪股颖对Cd的转运能力较弱,但它们的生长未受到抑制,表现出较强的耐Cd性,可作为矿区Cd污染土壤生态修复的备选植物;白三叶和紫花苜蓿在较低Cd(1.0 mg/kg)污染下,株高、单株干重和根系耐性指数(RTIs)均大于对照,但随着Cd浓度的增大,生长受到抑制;在Cd添加量为10 mg/kg时,白三叶转运Cd能力降低,TFs值为0.9。在矿区Cd污染土壤生态修复中应根据污染的程度选用适合于具体污染场地的品种。The tolerance difference and ecological restoration potential of Cd were studied by pot culture experiments with five kinds of native green lawn plants(Trifolium repens,Medicago sativa,Cynodon dactylon,Festuca arundinacea and Agrostis stolonifera).The research results showed that all five plants had good Cd enrichment ability.The transfer abilities of Cd to Cynodon dactylon,Festuca arundinacea and Agrostis stolonifera were weak,but their growth was not suppressed and they showed strong Cd resistance.Thus,they could be used as alternative plants for ecological restoration of Cd contaminated soil in mining area.The plant heights,dry weight per plant and root tolerance indexes(RTIs)of Trifolium repens and Medicago sativa were higher than those of control under low Cd pollution(1.0 mg/kg).However,the growth was inhibited with the increase of Cd concentrations.The transference ability of Trifolium repens to Cd was reduced in 10 mg/kg Cd addition,the TFs value was 0.9.In the ecological restoration of Cd contaminated soil in mining area,the suitable species should be selected according to the specific conditions of pollution.
