摘 要:陶瓷泥料在炼制及陶瓷产品在挤出成型运动过程中产生应力及应变,其切向阻力是影响陶瓷泥料及产品的主要因素。针对在研究泥料过程中对切向阻力检测的要求,通过搭建检测装置,采用步进电机控制滑台运动、压力传感器采集动力数据,基于labVIEW平台,开发实时数据采集及处理检测装置。试验表明,该装置可实现对陶瓷泥料切向阻力的实时数据采集,便于数据存储及分析,为泥料的减粘降阻研究提供了数据支持。Ceramic clay produces stress and strain during the manufacturing process and the extrusion process of ceramic products.During this process,the tangential resistance is one of the main factors affecting ceramic mud and products.In order to meet the requirements of tangential resistance detection in the process of studying clay,experimental device has been constructed.Stepper motor is used as the hardware device to control the movement of the slide table and the pressure sensors are used to collect dynamic data.The software based on the labVIEW platform was built to develop real-time data collection and processing detection device.Experiments show that the device can realize the collection of real-time data which greatly avails the storage and analysis of the data and therefore providing data support for the research of adhesion and resistance reduction of ceramic clay.
