摘　　要：地方科学院是区域创新体系中重要的科技力量,近年来在科技成果转化方面取得了显著成效。本文以全国17家地方科学院为对象,分析了其科技成果转化的管理机制、工作模式、主要方式和产学研合作等现状和特点,发现成果转化的组织体系、科技成果水平等是影响其科技成果转化的关键因素,最后针对性地提出了对策建议。Provincial research institutes are important forces in regional innovation system.This paper studies the status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of provincial research institutes,including the management mechanism,working pattern,transformation mode,cooperation of research and industry.Key factors influencing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are also studied.Based on the results,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
