摘 要:针对大功率机车发动机增压器压气机,开展了基于叶轮和叶片式扩压器喉口匹配及其对压气机性能影响的研究.发展了基于喉口面积的一维匹配模型.通过该模型,可快速确定叶轮与扩压器最佳喉口面积比,在不改变离心压气机叶轮的前提下,基于扩压器与叶轮的不同匹配方式对扩压器进行改型并实现离心压气机MAP的快速调整和优化.根据不同喉口匹配结果,通过改变扩压器安装角、叶片数来实现扩压器喉口的变化,通过数值方法验证了喉口匹配改型方法对于改善压气机与发动机匹配效果的有效性.Aiming at the turbocharger compressor of high-power locomotive engine,a research based on the matching of impeller and vane diffuser throat and its effect on compressor performance was carried out.A one-dimensional matching model based on the throat area was developed.A one-dimensional matching model based on the throat area was developed.Through the model,the optimal impeller-diffuser throat area ratio can be efficiently decided based on the matching results,which can realize the quick adjustment and optimization on the compressor MAP without changing the impeller geometry.The adjustment of the diffuser throat,which is derived from different impeller-diffuser matching condition,can be realized by changing the installation angle and blade number.The effect of the throat matching method on improving the matching between compressor and diesel engine is validated by numerical method.
