摘 要:随着节能环保越来越受到重视,对车辆性能要求也越来越严格.本文从公路牵引车的动力性、经济性指标出发,结合动力总成、传动系统性能指标,设计了多指标正交优化试验,对动力传动系统进行了参数优化组合,根据优化试验,选取了最优方案,并进行了仿真和实际测试.结果表明:优化方案与原车方案相比,最高车速提升8.5%;最高挡最大爬坡度提高9%;连续换挡加速时间减少了14%;等速燃油消耗量减少了5%;循环工况油耗减少了8%.达到了性能优化的目标.With more and more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection,the requirements for vehicle performance are more and more strict In this paper,from the indexes of dynamic and economy of road tractor,combined with the indexes of power assembly and transmission system,a multi index orthogonal optimization test is designed.The parameters of the powertrain system are optimized.According to the optimization test,the optimal scheme is selected and simulation and test are carried out.The test results show that compared with the original scheme and the optimization scheme,the maximum speed is increased by 8.5%,the maximum gradient of the highest gear is increased by 9%,the acceleration time of continuous gearshift is reduced by 14%,the fuel consumption of constant speed is reduced by 5%,and the fuel consumption of cycle condition is reduced by 8%.The goal of optimal performance is reached.
