摘  要:利用超细致密体系原理,在水泥净浆中外掺硅灰和纳米Al2O3以改善普通硅酸盐水泥灌浆材料早期强度低、凝结时间长等性能。研究结果表明,单掺纳米Al2O3对强度提高不大,但加入碱性激发剂会促进纳米Al2O3的水化反应,提高早期强度,缩短凝结时间。此外,纳米Al2O3和碱性激发剂协同硅灰可以大幅提高早期强度,与净浆相比,复合浆体的1 d、3 d、7 d抗压强度最高提高了145%、132%、75%,凝结时间最高缩短了43%。Ordinary portland cement has the characteristics of low early strength,long setting time and low stone rate,therefore,using the principle of ultra-fine and dense system,silica ash and nano-Al2O3 were added to the cement paste to improve the mechanical properties of the cement matrix.The results show that the single-doped nano-Al2O3 has little improvement in strength.The addition of alkaline activator can promote the hydration reaction of nano-Al2O3,improve the early strength and shorten the setting time.In addition,the nano-Al2O3 and alkaline activator synergistic silica fume can greatly improve the early strength.The 1 d,3 d and 7 d compressive strengths of the composite paste are up to 145%,132%and 75%higher than those of the compressive strength of cement paste,the maximum reduction of the setting time is 43%.
