摘 要:水隔离泵混浆问题一直困扰选矿厂尾矿输送和尾矿库筑坝工艺的正常进行,直接影响着选厂的正常生产。经过实践,找到了一种解决办法,在清水回水部分安装一装置,让混浆中的固体颗粒进行分离,进入清水循环的水质达到清水泵的要求,从而减少对清水多级泵的伤害,有效保护了多级泵,尾矿库筑坝也能稳定,提高了选厂运转率,也节约了成本。The problem of slurry mixing with water isolation pump has been puzzling the normal operation of tailings transportation and dam construction in the concentrator,which directly affects the normal production of the concentrator.After practice,a solution is found.A device is installed in the clear water return part to separate the solid particles in the mixing slurry,and the water quality entering the clean water circulation meets the requirements of the clean water pump,so as to reduce the damage to the clean water multi-stage pump,effectively protect the multi-stage pump,and dam the tailings pond,which can also be stable,improve the operation rate of the concentrator and save the cost.
