摘  要:电子行业常用三防漆对重要元件电路板进行保护使其免受外界环境的腐蚀。采用聚碳酸酯二醇、改性MDI和硅烷偶联剂Y-9669合成了一种硅烷改性聚氨酯三防漆,通过正交实验设计优化选出了最佳实验方案。研究了溶剂、固含量对其表干时间的影响,制备出的硅烷改性聚氨酯三防漆具有黏度小、表干时间短、漆膜附着力强、耐酸碱、耐盐雾、耐高温以及电绝缘性能优异的特点,产品性能与国内、国际市场同类产品相当。The conformal coating is commonly used in the electronic industry to protect PCB of important components from corrosion in the external environment.The silylated polyurethane conformal coating was synthesized by using polycarbonate diol,modified MDI and silane coupling agent Y-9669 as raw materials.The optimal synthetic pathway was selected through orthogonal experimental design.The effects of solvent and solid content on the time of surface drying were investigated.The prepared silylated polyurethane conformal coating had the features of low viscosity,fast surface drying,strong adhesion,good acid and alkali resistance,salt spray resistance,heat resistance and excellent electrical insulation performance,which was comparable to those of domestic and international commercial products.
