摘 要:从物性、加工工艺、成品胎性能等方面,评价了乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)/聚氨酯(PU)生胶质量比4/1的预混胶料(ESBR/PU)在工程车轮胎胎面中应用情况。结果表明:预混胶料替代部分ESBR进行混炼、共硫化,胎面胶料的硫化效率变化不大;当50%的ESBR被ESBR/PU(4/1)胶料替代,得到的混炼胶材料综合性能最好,耐磨性、耐切割性、拉伸强度和撕裂强度等性能提升,但其加工性能略差。经调整工艺参数后,可以满足现有生产技术需求。复合混炼胶料制备的工程胎的耐久性较现有轮胎提升11.9%。The application of emulsion-polymerized polystyrene-butadiene rubber(ESBR)/millable polyurethane(PU)raw rubber mixture(ESBR/PU mass ratio 4/1)in engineering vehicle tire treads was evaluated from the aspects of physical properties,processing technology and performance of finished tires,etc.The results showed that the vulcanization efficiency of tread rubber had little change when part of ESBR replaced by ESBR/PU(4/1)mixture for mixing and co-curing.When 50%ESBR was replaced by ESBR/PU mixture,the comprehensive performance of the compound millable rubber was the best.Its wear resistance,cutting resistance,tensile strength and tear strength etc.were improved,while the processing performance was slightly poor.But the existing production technology could be met the requirements by adjusting process parameters.The durability of the prepared engineering tire was 11.9%higher than that of the existing tire.
