摘  要:根据感应加热电源对信号采集的要求,设计了一款信号采集器。利用AD9226设计了一种信号调理电路,实现单极性ADC完成双极性采样;设计了一种时钟切换电路,完成时钟的无缝切换。采用FPGA作为处理器,完成采集器的系统控制与数据处理。通过函数信号发生器对采集器进行实际验证,结果表明:该信号采集器能够采集0~1 MHz范围内的信号,分辨率为12 bit。According to the requirements of induction heating power supply for signal acquisition,a signal collector was designed.AD9226 was used to design a signal conditioning circuit to realize the unipolar ADC to complete bipolar sampling.And a kind of clock switching circuit was designed to complete the clock seamless switching.FPGA was used as the processor to complete the system control and data processing of the collector.The actual verification experiment was carried out on the collector by using the function signal generator.The experiments show that the signal collector can collect signals in the frequency range of 0~1 MHz with a resolution of 12 bit.
