摘 要:文章从工业齿轮油实际应用出发,深入分析探讨了工业齿轮油在有稀油站的润滑系统中常见问题以及隐藏在正常油温下的重大危机--油品热化学反应生成的轻质组分对系统运行安全的影响;文章指出,系统危机可以通过运行油黏度、色度、气味等表观性状变化在设备日常管理和维护中进行识别和防范。只有认识和了解运行油表观性状变化机理及其危害,才能主动采取措施消除隐患,避免重大人机伤损事件。Based on the practical application of industrial gear oil,this paper mainly explores the usual problems of industrial gear oil in the lubrication system with lube station,and the major crisis hidden in the normal oil temperature,which is caused by the system’s operation safety that depends on the light components produced by thermochemical reaction of oil. The article points out that the system crisis can be discerned and prevented in the daily management and maintenance of the equipment according to the changes of apparent characters of running oil such as viscosity,chroma,smell and so on. Only when the change mechanism and its harm are recognized and understood can measures be taken to eliminate the hidden danger and avoid the major man-machine injury.
