摘　　要：文章简要介绍了马钢长材事业部南区棒材生产线设备改造后机架轴承烧损严重,由每月3~4台激增至15台,给生产造成很大困扰。通过调查机架在用的润滑油品质、冷却系统、润滑系统、润滑系统辅助材质等,找到机架轴承烧损的原因,提出了解决方案,成功解决了生产难题。This article briefly introduces the phenomenon of severe burn-out of bar frame bearing,which occurred after the equipment transformation of bar stock production line in south district of Long Products Division of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd. The failure rate has increased from 3-4 sets per month to 15 sets per month,causing great trouble to the production. After the analysis of the lubricating oil quality,the cooling system,the lubricating system,and the associate auxiliary materials in lubricating system,the burn-out reason is figured out,then the solutions are proposed and the problem is solved successfully.
