摘　　要：建筑设备管理系统所包含的楼宇自控、智能照明、能耗计量子系统存在协议标准不先进、功能不完整、平台不统一等问题,本公司所研发的基于BACnet协议的BMS体现了先进性、完整性、统一性,在设计、安装、调试、运维等各个环节能显著地降低成本、提高效率,具有重要价值。The building automation,intelligent lighting and energy consumption measurement subsystems included in the building equipment management system have some problems,such as the protocol standard is not advanced,the function is incomplete.and the platform is not uniform.The BMS based on BACnet protocol developed by our company embodies the advanced.integrity and unity.It can significantly reduce costs and improve efficiency in design.installation.debugging,operation and maintenance.It has important value.
