摘  要:在对车辆跳板铰链进行强度校核时,传统的仅将车辆载荷简化为静力而忽略动载荷的方式已不能满足滚装船的设计需求。对此,采用多体动力学仿真软件MSC·ADAMS建立某汽车滚装船上的车辆在跳板上运行的动力学模型,以端部铰链关键节点为研究对象,得到车辆在不同情况下的动载荷谱,并将其与采用MSC·PATRAN/NASTRAN计算得到的静载荷相对比。结果表明,动载荷超过静力分析的阈值,该动载荷分析方法可为车辆跳板的设计提供参考。The traditional way to check the strength of vehicle ramp hinge normally simplifies the vehicle loads to static forces and neglects the dynamic loads,but it no longer meet the design requirement of Ro-Ro ships.Therefore,this study establishes a dynamic model of vehicles running on the ramp of a Pure Car and Truck Carrier(PCTC)with the multi-body dynamics simulation software MSC·ADAMS.The critical end hinges are taken as the research object to obtain the load spectra under various vehicle loads.Then the spectra are compared with the static load results calculated by MSC·PATRAN/NASTRAN and the result shows that the dynamic load exceeds the static analysis threshold.This means that the dynamic load analysis method proposed in this paper provides useful reference for the design of vehicle ramps.
