国内学术期刊在阐释和传播中国方面存在的问题

摘　　要：学术界传播学术成果的主要阵地就是学术期刊,所以学术期刊要避免在“象牙塔”里自说自话,避免沦为职称晋升的工具。学术期刊在发展过程中要有强烈的问题意识,承担起社会责任。而国内学术期刊最主要的责任,就是构建起中国特色学术话语权,研究阐释好中国,讲述传播好中国。但是当前,学术期刊在承担该社会责任时还存在以下几个问题:一是数量“过度”和质量“不足”;二是对研究热点反应迟缓;三是无法用自己的话语体系阐释和传播中国。The main position for academic journals to spread academic achievements is academic journals,so academic journals should avoid talking to themselves in the"ivory tower"and avoid becoming a tool for promotion of professional titles.Academic journals should have a strong sense of problem in the development process and undertake Social responsibility.The main responsibility of domestic academic journals is to build the academic discourse power with Chinese characteristics,to study and explain China well,and to tell and spread China well.However,at present,academic journals still have the following problems when assuming this social responsibility:First,the quantity is"excessive"and the quality is"inadequate";second,the response to research hotspots is slow;third,it is impossible to explain China with its own discourse system.
