摘 要:采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、涡流金属电导仪及显微硬度计等研究了退火温度对Cu-Cr-X合金带材硬度、导电率、抗拉强度以及微观组织的影响规律。结果表明:原始冷轧态合金带材经过370℃退火处理后,在保持高的导电率情况下,合金带材硬度由152.6 HV0.1升高到164.5 HV0.1、强度由532 MPa升高到544 MPa。随着退火温度升高到420℃,合金导电率变化不大,但强度和硬度明显降低,其中强度下降到519 MPa,硬度下降到154.8 HV0.1。微观组织分析表明:经过370℃退火后合金中出现了亚晶组织,晶界增多,增加对位错阻碍作用,有利于力学性能的提升。Effects of annealing temperature on hardness,conductivity,tensile strength and microstructure of Cu-Cr-X alloy strip were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,eddy current metal conductivity meter and microhardness meter.The results show that the hardness of the original cold-rolled alloy strip increases from 152.6 HV0.1 to 164.5 HV0.1 after annealing at 370℃,the strength increases from 532 MPa to 544 MPa,and the conductivity remains high value.With the increase of annealing temperature to 420℃,the conductivity of the alloy does not change much,but the strength and hardness decrease obviously,in which the strength decreases to 519 MPa,the hardness decreases to 154.8 HV0.1.The microstructure analysis shows that the sub-crystalline structure appears in the alloy after annealing at 370℃,and the grain boundaries increase,which increases the hindrance to dislocation,which is beneficial to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the alloy.
