耳穴贴压联合电针改善胃镜检查患者耐受性临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴贴压联合电针改善胃镜检查患者耐受性的效果。方法:选择100例接受胃镜检查的门诊及住院患者,随机分成A组和B组各50例。A组给予耳穴贴压联合电针治疗,B组给予耳穴贴籽治疗。对比2组检查耐受性。结果:干预后,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均高于干预前,A组VAS评分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组VAS评分≥6分例数明显少于B组(P<0.05)。A组总有效率为94.0%,明显高于B组的80.0%(P<0.05)。2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜检查患者行耳穴贴压联合电针治疗可提高其检查耐受性,确保检查顺利进行。Objective:To observe the improvement effect of auricular plaster therapy combined with electroacupuncture for patients’tolerance to gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 100 cases of outpatients and inpatients undergoing gastroscopy were selected and divided into Group A and Group B randomly,50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with auricular plaster therapy combined with electroacupuncture,and Group B was treated with auricular point pasting with beans.The tolerances to gastroscopy in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the VAS score in Group A was lower than that in Group B,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The cases of VAS scores higher than or equal to 6 points in Group A were significantly less than those in Group B(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.0%in Group A,significantly higher than that of 80.0%in Group B(P<0.05).There was significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of auricular plaster therapy combined with electroacupuncture can improve patients’tolerance to gastroscopy and ensure the smooth opration of the examination.
