推拿按摩联合活血止痛熏洗剂对踝关节骨折术后患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响  

Effect of Tuina Massage Combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion on Functional Recovery and Quality of Life of Postoperative Patients with Ankle Fractures

摘　　要：目的:研究推拿按摩联合活血止痛熏洗剂对踝关节骨折术后患者功能恢复和生活质量的影响。方法:选择120例踝关节骨折术后患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例。研究组采用推拿按摩联合活血止痛熏洗剂治疗,对照组采用推拿按摩治疗。比较2组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、踝关节功能评分、生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果:治疗后第15天,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后第30天、第45天,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组踝关节功能各项评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组WHOQOL-BREF各项评分及总分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿按摩联合活血止痛熏洗剂治疗踝关节骨折术后患者,能够有效改善患者的踝关节功能,降低痛感,从而促进其生活质量的提高。Objective:To study the effect of tuina massage combined with Huoxue Zhitong fumigation lotion on functional recovery and quality of life after operation for ankle fractures.Methods:Selected 120 cases of postoperative patients with ankle fractures,and divided them into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table,60 cases in each group.The experiment group received tuina massage combined with Huoxue Zhitong fumigation lotion,while the control group received tuina massage.Compared the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),ankle joint function and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the two groups.Results:On the 15th day after treatment,there was no significant difference being found when comparing the scores of VAS in the two groups(P>0.05).On the 30th and 45th days after treatment,the scores of VAS in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Each score of ankle joint function and the total score in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Each score of WHOQOL-BREF and the total score in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tuina massage combined with Huoxue Zhitong fumigation lotion has good effect in treating postoperative patients with ankle fractures,which can effectively improve ankle joint function and alleviate pain,thus promoting the quality of life.
