中药穴位敷贴专项护理小儿支气管哮喘疗效及对免疫功能的影响  

Curative Effect of Special Nursing of Point Application with Chinese Herbal Medicine for Children with Bronchial Asthma and Its Effect on Immune Function

摘　　要：目的:观察中药穴位敷贴专项护理应用于支气管哮喘(BA)患儿的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法:选取94例BA患儿,按随机数字表法分成2组各47例,对照组为常规干预,观察组为中药穴位敷贴专项护理。分析2组患儿临床疗效,并比较干预前后圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分及免疫功能。结果:观察组总有效率为95.74%(45/47),对照组总有效率为74.47%(35/47),观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(χ^2=5.065,P<0.05)。干预前后组内比较,2组SGRQ评分及免疫球蛋白E (IgE)水平下降显著(P<0.05),而免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)升高显著(P<0.05);干预后组间比较,观察组SGRQ评分及IgE水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而IgA、IgM水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对BA患儿应用中药穴位敷贴专项护理,可显著提高临床治疗效果,降低SGRQ评分,并改善患儿的免疫功能。Objective: To observe the curative effect of the special nursing of point application with Chinese herbal medicine for children with bronchial asthma(BA) and its effect on immune function. Methods:A total of 94 cases of children with BA were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given special nursing of point application with Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical effect in the two groups was analyzed,and the scores of St. George’s Sespiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ) as well as immune function before and after intervention were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 95.74%(45/47) in the observation group and 74.47%(35/47) in the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group being significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=5.065,P<0.05). After intervention,that SGRQ scores and the levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE) in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.05), and the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA), immunoglobulin M(IgM) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) were significantly increased(P<0.05). After intervention, the SGRQ score and IgE level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), while the IgA, IgM level were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The special nursing of point application with Chinese herbal medicine for children with BA can significantly improve the clinical effect,reduce the SGRQ score,and improve the immune function of children.
