摘　　要：目的腰椎融合后相邻节段腰椎间盘突出症治疗中应采取怎样的方式提高治疗效果。为探究此问题本次将椎间孔镜作为主要的探索方向,以求得到更为优异的治疗效果以及患者治疗体验。方法选取医院住院部的20名患有腰椎融合后相邻节段腰椎间盘突出症的患者,住院时间在2017年7月-2018年7月之间,以患者腰椎情况作为评价治疗方式好与坏的主要标准。结果对比分析整理后发现,这20例患者在接受治疗后取得的结果与手术前相比恢复效果明显,可提高患者的手术恢复效果,结果数据具有参考性。结论将椎间孔镜治疗主要使用治疗措施,可以达到更为优异的治疗水准,患者在接受手术治疗后,缓解了患者的痛苦。Objective How to improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of adjacent lumbar disc herniation after lumbar fusion.In order to explore this problem,we will take the intervertebral foramen scope as the main exploration direction,in order to get more excellent treatment effect and patients’treatment experience.Methods 20 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after lumbar fusion were selected from the inpatient department of our hospital.The length of stay was between July 2017 and July 2018 The lumbar condition of patients was taken as the main standard to evaluate the good and bad treatment methods.Results After comparative analysis and sorting out,it was found that the recovery effect of the 20 patients after treatment was obvious compared with that before operation,which could improve the recovery effect of the patients,and the result data was referential.Conclusion The main use of the treatment measures in the treatment of intervertebral foramen can achieve a more excellent level of treatment.After the surgery,it can alleviate the pain of patients.
