整形外科手术治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析联合整形外科手术与90Si-90Y放射性核素敷贴治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月医院收治的76例瘢痕疙瘩患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各38例,对照组患者采用切除缝合术联合90Si-90Y放射性核素敷贴治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合开展整形外科手术,分别对两组患者的治疗效果以及相关瘢痕量表评分进行统计学比较。结果观察组患者治疗后6个月的VSS评分明显低于对照组[(6.2±1.3)分vs.(9.5±1.7)分],SCAR评分明显低于对照组[(7.9±1.2)分vs.(11.3±1.8)分],临床总有效率显著高于对照组(89.5%vs.68.4%),均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对瘢痕疙瘩患者采用整形外科手术与90Si-90Y放射性核素敷贴治疗可有效改善临床治疗效果,具有确切应用价值。Objective to analyze the clinical effect of combined plastic surgery and 90Si-90Y radionuclide application on keloid.Methods 76 patients with keloid tissue in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected,who were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with resection and suture combined with 90Si-90Y radionuclide application.The patients in the observation group were treated with plastic surgery on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and scores of related scar scale were compared statistically.Results Six months after treatment,the VSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(6.2±1.3)points vs.(9.5±1.7)points],the scar score was significantly lower than that of the control group[(7.9±1.2)points vs.(11.3±1.8)points],and the clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.5%vs.68.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Plastic surgery and 90Si-90Y radionuclide application for keloid patients can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and have a definite application value.
