摘 要:目的探讨多媒体视功能训练对成人共同性斜视术后双眼视觉功能重建及眼位的影响,及斜视患者术后需要维持视功能训练的时间。方法对93例成人共同性斜视患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组48例术后应用多媒体视功能训练软件进行个性化视觉功能训练,观察两组术前、术后2周、术后3个月和术后6个月的眼正位率和融合功能恢复例数并进行比较分析。结果治疗组和对照组的眼正位率、融合功能恢复例数在不同观测点的组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在术后3个月及术后6个月时眼正位率、融合功能恢复例数高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多媒体视功能训练有助于重建成人共同性斜视术后双眼视功能。Objective To investigate the effect of multimedia visual function training on binocular visual function reconstruction and eye position after adult common strabismus,and the time required to maintain visual function training after strabismus patients.Methods 93 adult patients with common strabismus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Forty-eight patients in the treatment group were applied multimedia visual function training software for personalized visual function training.Perform comparative analysis.Results There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the number of cases with positive eye position and fusion function recovery at 3 months and 6 months after operation was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Multi-media visual function training is helpful for reconstructing binocular vision after adult common strabismus.
