摘 要:目的研究医院高血压病健康管理中健康教育与健康促进的干预效果及患者接受度。方法选取于医院接受系统诊疗的104例高血压患者为研究对象,随机将之分为两组,常规组与健康组,每组各52例,常规组予以常规高血压健康管理,健康组在常规组基础上予以健康教育与健康促进管理,对比两组患者的干预效果及患者接受度。结果干预后,健康组睡眠质量评分(8.26±1.04)分、生活质量评分(68.29±5.64)分均明显优于常规组的(15.59±1.69)分、(65.36±6.13)分;健康组接受度良好率86.54%、并发症发生率9.62%和对照组的67.31%、30.77%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院高血压病健康管理中健康教育与健康促进的干预效果良好,可提高患者接受度。Objective To study the effect of health education and health promotion in the health management of hypertension in the hospital and the acceptance of the patients.Methods 104 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:normal group and healthy group.The normal group was treated with routine hypertension health management.The health group was given health education and health promotion management on the basis of routine group.The intervention effect and the patient undefineds acceptance of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of sleep quality(8.26±1.04)and quality of life(68.29±5.64)in the healthy group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(15.59±1.69)and(65.36±6.13).The good acceptance rate in the healthy group was 86.54%,and the incidence of complications was 9.62%,compared with 67.31%and 30.77%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of health education and health promotion in hospital hypertension health management is good and can improve the acceptance of patients.
