摘  要:目的探究经阴道彩色多普勒超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法择取2018年10月-2019年12月期间我院收治的经手术病理确诊的异位妊娠患者60例作为研究对象,本组患者分别开展经阴道彩色多普勒超声和经腹彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理手术检查结果为金标准,比较两种途径超声检查的诊断有效率。结果经阴道超声诊断准确率为96.67%(58例),经腹部超声诊断准确率为73.33%(44例),数据对比,差异可见统计学意义(χ^2=12.811,P<0.05);经阴道超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断在附件区团块、胚芽/卵黄囊、胚囊、原始心血管搏动以及盆腔积液方面的准确率高于经腹部超声,数据组间差异符合统计学意义成立要求(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声对早期异位妊娠诊断的有效率较高,能够更清晰显示异位妊娠情况,具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early ectopic pregnancy.Methods From October 2018 to December 2019,slecting patients admitted to our hospital during the period of the pathological diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy surgery 60 cases as the research object,this group of patients,respectively,to carry out the transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging(cdfi)and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination,for pathological operation test results as the gold standard,compare two ways of ultrasound diagnosis effectively.Results The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was 96.67%(58 cases),and the accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis was 73.33%(44 cases).Comparing the data,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.811,P<0.05).The accuracy of the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy in the appendage area clumps,germ/yolk sac,embryo sac,primitive cardiovascular pulse,and pelvic effusion is higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.The differences between the data groups meet the statistical significance requirements(P<0.05).Conclusion The early ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of high efficient.It has high diagnostic value.
