日间手术管理模式在心血管介入治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨日间手术管理模式在心血管介入治疗患者当中的应用效果。方法选取140例2016年3月-2018年12月我院收治的心血管介入治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者70例。观察组患者进行日间手术管理模式,对照组患者采取常规的住院手术模式,比较两组患者的并发症发生率、术后的恢复状况。结果数据分析得出,对照组患者的术后并发症的发生情况远多于观察组,患者术后的恢复状况也远不及观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论日间手术管理模式对于心血管介入治疗的患者治疗效果明显,可以降低并发症的发生,提高治疗的效果,减少手术的费用。Objective To explore the application effect of day operation management mode in patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy.Methods From March 2016 to December 2018,selected 140 cases of cardiovascular interventional therapy admitted in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with daytime operation management mode,while those in the control group were treated with routine hospitalization operation mode.The incidence of complications and the recovery after operation were compared between the two groups.Results Data analysis showed that the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was much higher than that in the observation group,and the recovery of the patients was much lower than that in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode of daytime surgery has obvious effect on patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy,which can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the effect of treatment and reduce the cost of surgery.
