摘　　要：先进制造业对中国经济向高质量发展阶段迈进有着重大意义。通过对新时代中国先进制造业及其发展动力的现状进行分析,探索"一带一路"倡议下,中国新时代华侨华人与先进制造业的互动关系以及二者共同面临的机遇与挑战,提出改善投资环境,提供更好投资平台与机遇、完善海外人才回流政策,加快建设海外华侨华人智力库、全方位加强中国内地与海外华侨华人文化交流,推动优秀中华文化的传播,充分借力华侨华人助推中国先进制造业发展的路径与对策。Advanced manufacturing is of great significance for China’s economy to move towards a stage of high-quality development.Through the status analysis of Chinese advanced manufacturing and it ’s momentum for development in new era, exploring the interactive relationship and combined with opportunities and chal-lenges between overseas Chinese and advanced manufacturing industry of China, to put forward the ways to im-prove the investment environment and investment platform and opportunity and perfecting the policy of over-seas talents backflow, speeding up the construction of overseas Chinese intelligent warehouse and multi-channel strengthen the mainland and overseas Chinese cultural exchange, promoting the dissemination of good Chinese culture in order to realize the the path and countermeasures to boost the development of China’s ad-vanced manufacturing industry with the help of overseas Chinese.
