摘 要:社会转型背景下,代际支持由微观家庭层面外溢到宏观社会层面,养老服务的代际公共品属性日益凸显。由于代际外部性的不可避免、代际支持的激励不足、代际距离的双重扩大等因素造成的代际冲突,养老服务体系的构建面临着突出挑战。需要通过建立长期可持续的资金筹集机制、代际公平导向的激励约束机制、多方供给主体的协同联动机制、良性循环的代际互动机制、以及加强新时代孝道文化代际利他意识的伦理规范,综合构建可持续发展的养老服务代际支持体系。In the context of social transformation, intergenerational support has spilled from the micro-family level to the macro-social level, and the Intergenerational Public Goods attributes of elderly services have become increasingly prominent. Due to the inevitable intergenerational externalities, the lack of incentives for intergenerational support, and the intergenerational conflicts caused by the double expansion of intergenerational distances, the construction of the elderly service system faces outstanding challenges.It is necessary to establish a long-term sustainable fund-raising mechanism, an incentive and restraint mechanism for intergenerational fairness, a synergistic linkage mechanism for multi-party supply entities,and an intergenerational interaction mechanism for a virtuous circle, and emphasize the ethical norms that focus on the intergenerational altruistic consciousness of filial piety culture in the new era. To comprehensively build a sustainable development intergenerational support mechanism for aged care services.
