摘　　要：本文基于“伏邪”理论探讨系统性红斑狼疮的病因病机、发病特点和论治规律。笔者认为正气亏虚为系统性红斑狼疮的发病之本,而正虚使致病之邪内伏,六淫、疫气、情志等因素引动伏邪而发病。根据系统性红斑狼疮症状特点可分为急性期和缓解期,在急性发作期以清热解毒、活血祛瘀为主;缓解期以补益肝肾、滋阴祛邪为主,根据不同分期辨证审因,灵活选方用药进行论治,以期提高临床疗效。Based on the theory of“latent pathogens”,this paper investigated the etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis characteristics,and treatment rules of systemic lupus erythematosus.The author holds that deficiency of vital qi is the origin of the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus.Deficiency of vital qi causes the pathogenic factors to be latent,and six climatic exopathogens,pestilential pathogens,emotions and other factors induce the latent pathogens to come out.According to the symptom characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus,it can be divided into acute stage and remission stage.In the acute attack stage,the major therapeutic method is to clear away heat and toxic materials,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis.In the remission stage,the major therapeutic method is to tonify the liver and kidney,nourish yin and eliminate pathogenic factors.According to the determination of etiologic factors based on different stages of syndrome differentiation,we should flexibly select the prescriptions and medications for treatment,in order to improve the clinical efficacy.
