耳穴压豆联合降铅Ⅰ号冲剂治疗学龄前儿童高铅血症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆联合降铅Ⅰ号冲剂治疗学龄前儿童高铅血症的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月~2018年5月衢州市中医医院学龄前儿童高铅血症患儿100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,且两组均予降铅Ⅰ号冲剂常规口服。在此基础上,观察组再予耳穴压豆干预。两组连续治疗1个月,随后比较血铅值和神经行为因子分值。结果两组治疗前血铅值和神经行为因子分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月时,两组血铅值和神经行为因子分值较治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用降铅Ⅰ号冲剂治疗学龄前儿童高铅血症患儿时予联合耳穴压豆干预,可提高临床治疗效果,建议临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ear acupoint bean pressing combined withⅠGranules in the treatment of pre-school children with high blood lead.Methods From July 2016 to May 2018,100 pre-school children with high blood lead in Quzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.And both groups were given oralⅠgranules routinely.On this basis,the observation group were re-administered the ear acupoint bean pressing intervention.The two groups were treated continuously for 1 month,and then blood lead values and neurobehavioral factor scores were compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood lead value and neurobehavioral factor score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the blood lead value and neurobehavioral factor scores of the two groups at 1 month of treatment and before treatment(P<0.05),and the blood lead value and neurobehavioral factor scores of observation group was better than those of the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionⅠgranules combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of pre-school children with high blood lead can improve the clinical treatment effect,which is recommended for clinical application.
